  • What is the grinder made of?
  • All Römer&Bechtel grinding mechanisms are made of ceramic.

  • Can you adjust the pepper grind?
  • All Römer&Bechtel peppermills are fully adjustable from a coarse to a fine grind.

  • Do all your products come filled?
  • No. All pepper mills/shakers and salt mills/shakers come unfilled.

  • What is the guarantee policy?
  • If, at any time, Römer&Bechtel grinding mechanism fails to give complete grinding satisfaction,
    simply mail the mill with your name and address to our customer service department, and it will be repaired or replaced without charge.
    Damage to body or finish caused by accident or improper use is not covered.

  • How do I get my pepper mill repaired?

  • Do you replace parts such as Plugs, Knobs, Top etc…?
  • Yes. In most cases we will be happy to replace parts without charge,

  • How do I place an order?
  • Our Römer&Bechtel online store accepts credit card (Visa/Mastercard/American Express/Discover) through PAYPAL account.
    There is no surcharge for using your credit card to make purchases at Römer&Bechtel online store.
    Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number when typing your information in our shopping cart.
    Incorrect information may cause a delay in processing your order.

  • How do I return an order?
  • Römer&Bechtel products are fully guaranteed and we will repair or replace any products that are not performing to your satisfaction without charge.
    Damage due to misuses is not covered. Please include the following information with your return:
    1. Order number from the shipping label or your confirmation email
    2. Product description or model number
    3. Reason for return (defective or non-defective)
